Below are four tests you can run on any supplier — including us — to find out which one you are talking to.

Four questions that tell you whether you are talking to a factory.
None of these need a factory visit, and all four can be asked by email. They work because a trading desk cannot answer them without going back to ask someone else — and the delay shows.
1. Ask for two substrates quoted side by side, same formula.
A factory that actually runs the range will quote both and tell you where each one is the wrong choice. A desk that only moves one line will steer you to it, or go quiet for two days. The answer you want is a recommendation against something.
2. Ask what the hydrocolloid is gelled with.
“Medical-grade hydrocolloid” is a quality tier, not a composition. The real answer names the gelling agent. Ours is CMC-Na (cellulose gum), partly cross-linked — no gelatin, no animal-derived gelling agent, so it is compatible with vegan and halal positioning. 3. Ask what the smallest change is that costs money.
A factory knows: a new shape needs a die, a thickness change means re-setting the coater, a print change is cheap, a substrate change is not. A desk says “everything is possible”, because it is not the one making it.
4. Ask for a line video of one named step.
Not a factory tour — name the step. Coating, die-cutting, or pouch filling. Whoever owns the line can film it this week.
We are comfortable being tested on all four, and we would rather you ran them on everyone you are considering. A supplier you can verify is worth more than one who agrees with everything.

Minimum order
From 3,000 units per SKU. That entry figure applies to a stock shape, a stock pouch or box with your own artwork, and a ready formulation. Custom shapes, custom formulas and bespoke packaging carry their own minimums, and we will tell you which one applies to your brief in the first reply rather than after you commit.
Sampling
Around 72 hours on a ready formulation. Custom development runs about 15 days. Physical samples ship free; we sign an NNN — non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention — before you send us anything you would not want repeated.
Production
25–35 days for a normal run, in an 8,000 m² plant with a Class-100,000 cleanroom and capacity to 1,000,000 units a month. Two licensed workshops — cosmetic and disinfection — which is what lets us route a patch down the right regulatory path for your market instead of the only path we have.

Most people searching for a patch supplier are not starting from zero. They have one, and something about it has become a risk — a lead time that slipped, a price that moved, a single point of failure that finally got noticed. You do not need to replace anyone to fix that.
What a benchmarked second source looks like
We sample your current spec, you compare like for like, and the file sits ready. Same-spec sampling in about 72 hours; backup production stood up in roughly 15 days. If your first source never misses, you never use it — and it cost you a sample.
What we do not ask for
No exclusivity, no minimum annual commitment to hold the file, and no requirement to move your main volume. A second source that demands to become the first source is not a second source.

Territory
We discuss territory in writing before you invest in launching a line. Tell us the market and the channel — pharmacy, beauty retail, e-commerce — and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot commit to there.
Restock reliability
The thing that kills a distribution deal is not the first order, it is the fourth. Our answer is capacity headroom and a stated production window, 25–35 days, that we would rather under-promise than miss.
Range, not a single dot
Hydrocolloid originals, invisible ultra-thin daytime patches, shaped and printed patches, a chitosan film patch, microdart (microneedle) patches and post-acne dark-spot patches. A distributor with one SKU competes on price; a distributor with a range competes on shelf.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. We coat and die-cut hydrocolloid in our own plant, and we also make the blotting paper and oil-control film in-house — which most “one-stop” suppliers outsource. Run the four tests at the top of this page on us.
What is your minimum order?
From 3,000 units per SKU on a stock shape with your artwork and a ready formulation. Custom work carries its own minimum, and we tell you which applies before you commit.
Do your patches contain gelatin?
No. Gelled with CMC-Na (cellulose gum), partly cross-linked — no animal-derived gelling agent, so compatible with vegan and halal positioning. We state the gelling system in your specification. We do not describe it as “plant-derived” or “natural”, because a cross-linked cellulose derivative is not a plant extract and we are not going to stretch the word.
Can you be a backup to our current supplier?
Yes, and it is a normal way to start. Same-spec sampling in about 72 hours, backup production in roughly 15 days, no exclusivity asked for.
How fast are samples?

Can you support US and EU compliance?
