How do free samples work?
Evaluation samples are free; customers pay courier costs. We confirm the available samples and dispatch schedule after reviewing your brief.
What is the minimum order and unit price?
Serum and ampoule projects start at 3,000 bottles per standard SKU and 5,000 bottles for custom formulas; treatment pads start at 3,000 jars per standard SKU and 5,000 jars for custom specifications. Other formats are quoted per specification. Unit price depends on the formula, raw material, pack and quantity; quotations are returned within 24 hours.
What documents should my procurement team request?
Request the specification, applicable ingredient or material records, batch quality information and certificates relevant to your SKU and manufacturing site. Confirm the target-market requirements and claim evidence before artwork approval.
