Questions buyers always ask
What is the MOQ for private label pimple patches?
MOQ starts at 3,000 units per SKU for hydrocolloid acne patches. The same 3,000-unit trial MOQ applies across oil blotting paper, oil-control film and treatment pads, so a new brand can test several formats without committing to large volumes.
Are you a hydrocolloid patch manufacturer or a trading company?
Yanse Cosmetics is the manufacturer. We run our own 8,000 sqm factory with a Class-100,000 cleanroom and roughly 1,000,000 units per month of capacity, certified to ISO 22716 and US FDA Cosmetic GMP (both certified by Bureau Veritas). We make the hydrocolloid patches, the paper and the film in-house.
How fast can you send samples and a quotation?
A quotation is returned within 24 hours of receiving your specification. Samples of ready formulations ship in about 72 hours; custom development samples typically take around 15 days, with mass production about 30 days after approval.
Do you manufacture microdart (microneedle) pimple patches?
Yes — and it is the format most patch factories cannot make, because dissolving microdarts are moulded rather than coated. Our microdart pimple patch carries 120 microneedles on a single spot dot, and the same line runs up to 1,300 microneedles on an eye patch (a 600-microneedle eye version is also produced), all at under 300 μm — deep enough to place actives just below the surface, and firmly inside the cosmetic range rather than a device-length needle. Density is specified to carry the intended actives load rather than to maximise a headline number. Which certifications and audits does the factory hold?
ISO 22716 and US FDA Cosmetic GMP (certified by Bureau Veritas), GMPC, Sedex 4-Pillar, FSC and Halal. The factory has been audited by L'Oreal, Watsons, MINISO and Mentholatum.
Can you support EU and US regulatory documentation?
Yes. We provide the manufacturer-side documentation your responsible person or importer needs: full ingredient breakdown with concentrations, specifications and test methods, stability and compatibility data, GMP certification and safety data. For the EU this supports CPNP notification and the Product Information File; for the US it supports MoCRA facility and product listing. The EU Responsible Person and the US Responsible Person must be established in those markets and are appointed by the brand.
What makes Yanse different from a general skincare OEM?
Yanse has focused on oily and acne-prone skin since 2006 and makes the substrate itself. Most one-stop suppliers outsource the paper and film and only fill or assemble. Because the paper, the film and the patch are produced in the same facility, texture, absorbency and print surface can be adjusted as part of product development rather than accepted as a purchased input.
Do you serve indie and DTC brands, or only large accounts?
Both. The 3,000-unit MOQ and a library of ready formulations exist specifically so that independent and DTC brands can launch without a large first order, while the same lines serve retail chains and groups that have audited the factory.
Do you have any exclusive materials we can't get elsewhere?
Yes. Yanse holds the exclusive global supply agreement for the cellulose nanofiber (CNF) developed by South China University of Technology (SCUT) — one of China's leading centres in pulp, paper and cellulose science. CNF is a plant-derived nanocellulose film that clings like a second skin, holds serum, breathes and is naturally biodegradable; we run it as under-eye patches and full-face sheets, in production now. To be precise about scope: nanocellulose as a category is not exclusive to anyone — many institutions worldwide produce cellulose nanofibre. What is exclusive is our supply agreement for SCUT's material specifically, and that is what our CNF patches and masks are built on.
