We are a direct manufacturer (OEM/ODM), not a trading company. We run our own 8,000㎡ factory with a Class-100,000 cleanroom and 1,000,000 units/month capacity, audited by leading international beauty groups — you work with the factory directly.
Do you offer private label, wholesale & bulk patch OEM? +
Yes — full private-label / OEM (your formula & design) and ODM, from a low 3,000-unit MOQ to 1,000,000 units/month, with custom shape, count, formula (hydrocolloid, chitosan, microneedle, salicylic, tea tree) and packaging.
Are pimple patches and acne patches the same thing? +
Yes — pimple patch, acne patch and spot patch all refer to the same product: a hydrocolloid (or microneedle) sticker that absorbs and protects a blemish and shields it from picking. "Pimple patch" is the common consumer term; "acne patch" is used more in B2B. We make every type.
What is the MOQ for acne patches? +
MOQ starts from 3,000 units per SKU, scaling to 1,000,000 units/month for established programs. Custom die-cut shapes or printed patterns may carry a separate tooling minimum — tell us your target quantity and we'll quote both.
What patch types and formulations do you make? +
Hydrocolloid classic, functional (salicylic acid, tea tree, niacinamide), microneedle and shape & print families — led by our upcoming chitosan dual-chamber press-activated patch. All are fully OEM/ODM customizable.
Do you offer private label / OEM / ODM? +
Yes — full OEM (your design, your specs) and ODM (we adapt an existing family to your brand). Shape, formulation, actives, count, size and packaging are all customizable.
Can I get free samples before ordering? +
Yes. We ship a free representative sample set — including our chitosan dual-chamber patch — so you can evaluate quality in hand. You cover shipping only.
What are your sampling and bulk lead times? +
Patch samples typically ship 5–10 days after brief confirmation. Bulk lead time depends on shape, formulation and quantity — a realistic order-to-delivery total is given in your quote.
What certifications do you hold? +
ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP) and US FDA Cosmetic GMP, plus GMPC, Sedex 4-pillar (ethical audit), FSC and Halal, plus SGS third-party testing. Viewable certificate PDFs are available on request.
