HOW WE WORK — FIRST EMAIL TO REORDER

No guesswork, just the steps.

Sourcing a manufacturer overseas can feel like a black box. It shouldn’t. Here is exactly how a project runs with us — eight clear steps from your first brief to repeat orders — including what most brands quietly worry about at each one, and how we handle it.

THE PROCESS

From first brief to reorder, in eight steps

1

Send your brief

Day 0

You tell us the product, your target MOQ and your timeline — by email or the quote form. A few lines is enough to start.

The worry“Will a factory even take a small or new brand seriously?”

How we handle itEvery brief gets a named project manager and a reply within 24 hours — whether you’re an indie founder or an enterprise team. Small brands are who we’re built for.

2

Get your quote

Within 24h

We return a tailored quotation and spec sheet — formula direction, materials, packaging options and MOQ tiers.

The worry“Hidden costs and vague pricing I’ll only discover later.”

How we handle itAn itemised quote — formula, materials, packing and tooling broken out, with clear MOQ price breaks. No surprise charges after you commit.

3

Free samples

~7 days

We make and ship physical samples so you can judge quality, texture and finish in hand before spending more.

The worry“Will production match the sample — and could they steal my idea?”

How we handle itWe sign an NNN before you share any specs, then send free samples in about 7 days. Your approved sample becomes the written quality benchmark for the production run.

4

Verify the factory

Before you commit

You check that we’re a real, audited manufacturer — not a trader assembling your order from factories you never see.

The worry“Is this an actual factory? Are the certificates and audits genuine?”

How we handle itTake a live video walkthrough of our Class-100,000 cleanroom and lines, and review ISO 22716 / GMPC plus audit reports from brands such as L’Oréal, Watsons, MINISO and Mentholatum. A walkthrough shows what’s true today, not just on paper.

5

Confirm specs & price

Sign-off

You approve the final formula, packaging artwork and pricing. Everything is locked in writing before production.

The worry“After all this, who actually owns the formula?”

How we handle itFormula and design IP are assigned to your brand in the manufacturing agreement. (Industry default is that the factory owns the formula unless stated — so we make it explicit.) One contact owns the sign-off end to end.

6

Low-MOQ trial order

MOQ from 3,000

Start with a conservative first run to validate the product and the market before you scale up.

The worry“What if it doesn’t sell? I can’t risk a huge first order.”

How we handle itMOQ from 3,000 with milestone payments, so you can test the shelf before committing capital. Scale only once it works.

7

Production & delivery

On-time

We mass-produce your order under one cleanroom standard and ship to your warehouse or 3PL.

The worry“Will they quietly miss the deadline I’ve built a launch around?”

How we handle itA dated production schedule, 50+ in-line QC checks and AQL inspection on every batch, with a 100% on-time delivery target. You always know where your order is.

8

Reorder & scale

Grow the line

You reorder, add SKUs and grow the range — bundles, new formats, new markets.

The worry“Can they keep up as I grow — and will they go around me to my customers?”

How we handle itElastic capacity up to 1M units / month, protected by non-circumvention terms in your NNN, and easy cross-category bundles (paper + patch + pad) because it’s all one roof.

Process questions, answered

How long does it take from first inquiry to first delivery?

Plan on a quote within 24 hours, free samples in about seven days, then roughly 8 to 16 weeks for a first OEM production run depending on the format, custom materials and stability testing. Stock private-label products can move faster. We give you a dated schedule before you commit.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ starts from 3,000 units for most formats, with milestone payments so you can test the market before scaling. We deliberately support smaller, growing brands rather than only large batch buyers, and can advise the lowest viable run for your specific product.

Will you sign an NNN or NDA before I share my idea?

Yes. We’re happy to sign an NNN agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) before you share any specs — it’s stronger than a standard NDA for China manufacturing because it also stops us using your formula or approaching your customers. Formula and design IP are assigned to your brand in the manufacturing agreement.

Can I audit or visit the factory before ordering?

Yes. You can take a live video walkthrough of our Class-100,000 cleanroom and production lines, and review our ISO 22716 / GMPC certification plus audit reports from brands like L’Oréal, Watsons, MINISO and Mentholatum. In-person visits are welcome. As buyers say, a walkthrough shows what’s true today.

Who owns the formula and packaging design?

You do. For OEM custom development we assign formula and design IP to your brand in writing. By default in the industry a formula belongs to the manufacturer unless a written agreement says otherwise, so we make ownership explicit and back it with an NNN.

Timelines are typical ranges and vary by product, format and target-market testing; your project manager confirms exact dates in your schedule. Yanse Cosmetics is a contract manufacturer (OEM/ODM) and does not sell finished consumer goods under its own brand.
