Give the OEM team a complete project brief
YANSE COS (www.yansecos.com) works with brand owners, importers, distributors and product teams preparing a private-label or custom beauty project. A useful first inquiry can be short, provided it identifies the product, intended market and commercial unit. You do not need a finished design to contact us. Tell the team which decisions are already fixed and which need technical options, so the first response can address the next decision in your project.
How the Guangzhou and Fujian teams work together
Guangzhou Yanse Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is the commercial office and the initial contact for the buying brief, design coordination, quotation and project communication. Fujian Yanse Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing entity for the Fujian production site. The published factory facts describe an 8,000 m² plant with a Class-100,000 cleanroom. The chosen product route determines the specific process, sample review and quality documentation required.
Use the same project name and SKU reference in emails, drawings and sample comments. This helps the commercial and manufacturing teams connect your packaging decisions with the correct material or formula. If several product families are being developed together, list each one separately. A hydrogel mask, hydrocolloid patch and dry oil absorbing sheet require different specifications even when they share a brand design.
Six parameters to include in your inquiry
- Product and intended use. Name the product family and format, or link to the closest product page. Describe the consumer use, sales channel and any reference sample. Identify whether you want an existing option, a packaging variation or new development.
- Material, formula and dimensions. Provide the important material or ingredient preferences, size, shape, thickness or fill requirements. Label undecided values as open for discussion. A reference photograph helps explain the concept but does not establish the engineering specification.
- Retail pack and counted unit. State sheets, dots, pads or pairs per pack, the pack type and artwork status. Clarify whether your order quantity means individual pieces, sachets, retail wallets, jars or pairs. Include carton requirements if already known.
- Order volume and SKU split. Give the expected first order for each design, shade, formula or fragrance and any planned replenishment. The total programme volume and the quantity per SKU are separate inputs for the quotation.
- Destination and evidence needs. Name the intended sales markets, delivery country, proposed product claims and procurement documents requested. This allows the team to identify the selected route and discuss applicable documents without assuming one file covers every market or product.
- Timing and approval contacts. Share the target launch, desired sample date and the person responsible for technical or artwork approval. Explain fixed deadlines and dependencies so the team can distinguish quotation response, sampling, testing and bulk delivery.
Understand category minimums before comparing offers
For standard categories, the published starting point is MOQ from 3,000 units per SKU for stock shapes and standard packs, or 5,000 units for custom die-cuts or formulas. The written quotation defines the counted unit, final configuration and minimum. Several colours or artworks should not be assumed to combine into one SKU minimum unless that arrangement is confirmed.
Treatment and toner pads are quoted in jars: 3,000 jars for standard specifications and 5,000 jars for custom specifications, with pad count and liquid fill agreed separately. Microneedle eye-patch orders are counted in pairs, with a published starting quantity of 3,000 pairs. Hair wipes, dry bangs sheets and the NDA chitosan dual-chamber project use project-specific minimums and schedules. Keep these distinctions visible in your buying sheet.
Free samples and courier arrangements
We provide free evaluation samples (buyer pays courier). Give the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number and any courier-account instructions after the sample selection is agreed. SF Express or DHL courier billing can be discussed with the team; the available route and account arrangement are confirmed for the destination. Sample availability, customs information and dispatch timing are checked for each request.
For standard ready formulations, published guidance is approximately 72 hours; custom development commonly needs around 15 days, subject to the agreed brief. Hair formats and confidential development projects retain their own confirmed schedules. These are sample-planning references, not a substitute for the written dispatch date or the separate bulk-production lead time.
What to expect after sending the form
The team reviews your request and identifies the product route, missing information, sample options and quotation basis. The published service target is a 24-hour quotation turnaround; complex custom work may require technical clarification before a final production specification or schedule can be issued. Samples are free; customers pay courier costs. We reply within 24 business hours.
An NNN agreement is available on request before confidential artwork or formulas are shared. Request the manufacturer fact sheet, relevant certificate scope and product specification checklist as needed. Before placing an order, approve the selected sample, specifications, artwork, quality criteria, commercial terms and delivery schedule together in writing.
