Working terms
- MOQ: From 3,000 units per SKU on stock shapes and standard packs; from 5,000 units for custom die-cut or custom formula. The final minimum is confirmed in the written quotation.
- Samples: Evaluation samples are free; the buyer pays courier costs. Typically about 72 hours for ready formulations and around 15 days for custom development; confirmed for each request.
- Quotation: Quotation reply within 24 hours.
- IP: An NNN agreement (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention) is signed before artwork or formulas are shared.
- Hair wipes and bangs sheets: MOQ, unit price and lead time are quoted for each project (no public price list). Sample availability and dispatch timing are confirmed for each request.
What we do not claim
- No drug or medical claims for cosmetic products. A US acne-treatment claim with salicylic acid (0.5–2%) makes a patch an OTC drug under FDA monograph M006.
- Microneedle patches are developed as cosmetics with appearance claims; FDA guidance “Regulatory Considerations for Microneedling Products” (10 Nov 2020) sets out when microneedling products are devices.
- PDRN products are topical cosmetics (INCI usually Sodium DNA); no injectable or regenerative claims.
- The ISO 13485 certificate covers medical acne patches only. It is not extended to eye patches, masks, microneedle or PDRN products.
- Audit relationships (L'Oréal, Watsons, MINISO, Mentholatum) are not endorsements or customer references.
