Hydrogel eye, face and lip masks — one gel base.
Plant-based hydrogel masks manufactured on our own casting line — eye patches, full-face masks and lip masks from a single gel system, in a Class-100,000 cleanroom under ISO 22716. Three-head casting lets two or three formulations sit side by side in one sheet. MOQ from 3,000 per SKU, 72-hour sampling, halal and vegan compatible as standard.

Most factories cast one gel. We cast three at once.
A hydrogel line is not hard to buy. What separates one supplier from another is what the line can do beyond laying down a single flat sheet — and what the people running it can tell you when a sheet goes wrong.
Two or three formulations, one sheet
A three-head system casts separate gels side by side. Used to keep incompatible actives apart — each at its own pH — not just to add colour.
Halal & vegan compatible as standard
A carrageenan/agar system holds its shape in summer freight. Gelatin softens near body temperature — well inside what a container reaches.
Eye, face and lip from one base
Three formats, one gel system, one line, one set of documents. No colour matching across three vendors, no lead times to reconcile.
We can tell you why a sheet failed
Tearing has seven causes and a symptom-to-cause table. Syneresis has four. A supplier who cannot name them is guessing on your batch.
Three formats, one gel system.
They differ by die, gauge and fill — not by formulation. That is what makes a set cheap to extend and expensive for a competitor to copy across three suppliers.
| Format | Typical gauge | Wear time | What drives the spec |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eye patch | Thicker end | 15–20 min | Small area, near-horizontal in use — thickness buys cooling and essence load at almost no adhesion penalty |
| Full-face mask | Thinner end | 15–20 min | Must hang on a vertical curved surface. Over-specify thickness and it slides; cooling is bought back through water content |
| Lip mask | Thinnest | 10–20 min | Compound curve in constant motion; needs an elastic gel. Colourant rules for lip use are stricter in the US and EU |
Custom die-cut shapes available; a stock die keeps a launch at the entry band. Packaging: single sachet, multi-pair pouch or 30–60 pair jar. Deep dives — how thick should a hydrogel mask be · why lips are the hardest format · packaging & filling.
An 8,000㎡ factory your buyers can trust.
Hydrogel casting runs in our own plant in Zhangzhou, Fujian — not a partner line, not a trading arrangement. The same roof that has passed on-site supplier audits with L'Oréal, Watsons, MINISO and Mentholatum.

The line between a cosmetic and a problem.
A hydrogel mask hydrates and cools. Those are appearance-level cosmetic effects, and they are what we will help you write. We will not draft a claim your dossier cannot carry.
- Cosmetic wording only — no drug, medical or whitening-cure claims
- US MoCRA registration and listing support; EU CPNP / CPSR support
- Halal-compatible plant gel base; documentation support for ESMA (UAE) and SFDA (KSA)
- Lip formats: colourant clearance confirmed per market before artwork — lip lists are narrower than face lists
- Shelf life supported by real-time stability, not accelerated data alone, plus preservative efficacy testing on the final pack
Everything your technical team needs.
The eight lines we would want to see in a brief — and the ones we will hold ourselves to in an acceptance criteria.
| Gel system | Plant-based carrageenan/agar type as standard; gelatin route on request |
| Water content | Target and range specified per product |
| Finished gauge | Target and tolerance, measured at five points per sheet |
| Gel strength | Specified with the test method named, plus a fold test as a pass/fail criterion |
| Release liner | Differential peel force, so the sheet is never asked to support itself unbacked |
| Free essence charge | Grams per pouch with tolerance, verified by check-weighing |
| Pack structure | Named laminate (PET/AL/PE, metallised or clear PET/PE), seal width and seal strength with test method |
| Zoning | Where used: zone ratio, transition width target and batch-to-batch consistency of that width |
Test small, then scale fast.
The entry band is real and it comes with three conditions, because those are what make it possible.
Stock shape, stock pouch or jar with your artwork, and a ready or lightly adapted formulation. No tooling at all on this route.
Class-100,000 cleanroom capacity for mature brands and retail private-label programmes — same line, no re-qualification.
| Band | Typically |
|---|---|
| 3,000 | Launch or pilot — prove the SKU on the production line |
| 5,000 | A confident first order, or a first reorder |
| 10,000 | The point where custom tooling starts to make sense |
| 30,000 | Established SKU, planned replenishment |
| 50,000 | Volume programme, scheduled production slots |
We quote a ladder rather than a single price, because setup, changeover and QC time are close to fixed and the per-unit cost falls in steps rather than smoothly. Bands are exact quantities, not ranges — 4,500 units is quoted at the 3,000 band. Tooling is a separate line, charged once and not repeated on reorders. Bands apply per SKU; where SKUs share a gel base, die or pouch, we confirm what overlaps. What actually sets a hydrogel minimum →
