What is the MOQ for private-label under-eye patches?

From 3,000 units per SKU on a stock shape and pouch with a printed label, scaling to 1,000,000 units/month. Custom die-cut shapes and custom actives start at 5,000 units per SKU. Sampling is 72 hours on a ready formulation and around 15 days for custom development; quotations are returned within 24 hours.

What is the difference between hydrogel, microneedle and CNF eye patches?

A carrageenan hydrogel patch is a water-rich plant-based gel sheet that clings to the under-eye contour and releases water-soluble actives slowly through occlusion — the mainstream premium format. A dissolving microneedle (microdart) patch carries a field of soluble tips that dissolve at the skin surface, delivering actives past the barrier rather than relying on occlusion alone — the fastest-growing eye format. A CNF collagen patch uses a cellulose-nanofibre carrier, giving a very fine fibre network, high water retention and close skin contact, suited to premium collagen and peptide positioning.

Can you do custom shapes and custom actives?

Yes. Die-cut shape, patch dimensions, gel thickness, essence load, active system, pouch or jar format, pair count and full artwork are all customisable under ODM. Common actives include peptides, collagen, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, caffeine, PDRN, ceramide and centella. Active choice must match the claim you intend to make in each target market.

What claims can an under-eye patch make?

An under-eye patch is a cosmetic. Compliant claims describe appearance — helps the under-eye area look less puffy, hydrates and plumps the look of fine lines, helps brighten the look of dark circles. Claims to treat, cure or remove dark circles, eye bags or wrinkles are drug claims and are not acceptable for a cosmetic. Confirm all claims against each target market before launch.

Can I send you a patch to benchmark?

Yes — that is our preferred starting point. Send the eye patch you sell or admire and we will benchmark adhesion, water retention, wear time and essence load, then quote a compliant equivalent or an improved version.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP) and US FDA Cosmetic GMP — both certified by Bureau Veritas and valid to 29 May 2028 — plus GMPC, Sedex 4-pillar, FSC and Halal, with SGS third-party testing available on request. Certificate PDFs available on request.

How do you protect my formula?

We sign an NNN (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention) before any artwork, formula or brief is shared, and we never reproduce your private-label formula for anyone else.

Do you hold ISO 13485?

Yes — for our acne-patch line. Fujian Yanse Cosmetics Co., Ltd. — Yanse's own factory in Zhangzhou — is certified to ISO 13485:2016 (GB/T 42061-2022) for the production and export of medical acne patches: certificate no. 51326M00050R000, issued 28 Aug 2026 by Shenzhen Meiao Testing & Certification (MOQC), valid until 27 Aug 2029, verifiable on China's national certification database (cx.cnca.cn). Eye patches are produced as cosmetics under ISO 22716 and US FDA Cosmetic GMP (Bureau Veritas); if a microneedle patch needs a medical-device route in your market, we confirm the route per SKU before artwork.

Are you a hydrogel eye mask manufacturer?

Yes — a hydrogel eye mask and a hydrogel eye patch are the same product. Yanse casts carrageenan hydrogel under-eye patches in-house (plant-based, halal and vegan compatible) and also runs dissolving microneedle and CNF collagen routes, all fully OEM/ODM with custom die-cut shapes, actives and packaging.

Do you make collagen eye patches?

Yes, through our CNF collagen route, used for peptide and collagen positioning at a higher price point. Note that a “collagen” patch cannot carry a vegan claim; for a vegan line, choose the carrageenan hydrogel route.

Can we buy bulk under eye patches or hydrogel eye patches wholesale?

Yes. Hydrogel eye patches can be packed as single sachets, multi-pair pouches or 30–60 pair jars for bulk and wholesale programmes, with 1M units a month of output. MOQ is from 3,000 units per SKU on in-stock, standard items; a custom formula or non-standard packaging starts at 5,000.

Can you make custom under eye patches?

Yes — custom under eye patches with your own die-cut shape, actives and packaging on any of the three routes (hydrogel, microneedle or CNF collagen). Samples on ready formulations take about 72 hours; a stock die keeps a launch at the entry band.

Microdart pimple patches are sold as cosmetics in most markets. In the US, salicylic acid with an acne claim falls under the FDA OTC drug framework, so the active and the claim are chosen per market before artwork. Our factory holds ISO 13485:2016 for the production and export of medical acne patches; whether a given SKU ships on the cosmetic or the medical-device route is set per market in the specification. We never write "cure", "treat cystic acne" or other drug claims on cosmetic packs.
