WHERE WE STAND APART
Chitosan — the 5th mask substrate, classic or vegan

Most factories stop at spunlace, cotton, hydrogel and bio-cellulose. We engineer a fifth: a cationic, film-forming chitosan sheet that clings to skin, holds moisture and is naturally biodegradable — led by our flagship CHI05. And we offer it in a vegan, fungal-derived, shellfish-free grade almost no consumer brand has claimed yet.

  • Classic or vegan chitosan — shellfish-free, clean-label, biodegradable.
  • A genuine differentiator on a shelf of identical essence masks.
  • New to it? Read the vegan chitosan & 5th-substrate guide.

BUYER FAQ

Questions buyers always ask

What types of sheet masks can you manufacture?Full-face, under-eye and spot masks across every substrate — spunlace, cotton, microfiber, two-piece hydrogel, bio-cellulose, and chitosan — plus printed and character masks. You choose the substrate, serum, cut and pack.
Do you make bio-cellulose and hydrogel sheet masks?Yes — premium two-piece hydrogel and bio-cellulose for a second-skin fit, alongside everyday spunlace and cotton, and chitosan (the 5th substrate) in classic or vegan grades.
Can I customize the serum and ingredients?Yes — we formulate and fill the essence in-house. Brief your hero ingredients (hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, centella, vitamin C, peptides, chitosan…), essence load, fragrance and pH, and we develop to target. Finished claims should be confirmed against your market.
What is the MOQ for private-label sheet masks? From 3,000 units per SKU for a launch test, scaling to about 1,000,000 a month on the same line. A premium substrate or custom serum/pack may carry its own minimum.
What is the lead time and how does the OEM process work?Send a brief → samples in ~7–10 days → low-MOQ pilot from 3,000 → scale on the same line. A real specialist replies within 24 hours, NNN before any brief.
Can you make Korean-style and vegan sheet masks?Yes — K-beauty-style essence masks and vegan options, including a vegan fungal chitosan substrate that is shellfish-free and biodegradable — a clean-label point of difference. See the vegan chitosan guide.
Where are you located and are you certified?A 20-year own-factory specialist with an 8,000㎡ Fujian base, Class-100,000 cleanroom and dual cosmetic/disinfection licences; ISO 22716, GMPC, Sedex 4P, FSC and Halal; passed supplier audits by leading international beauty groups.
What packaging options do you offer?Single-use sachets, printed foil, folded inners, recyclable & kraft, cartons and retail display. We handle artwork to your brief, with an NNN before sharing artwork.
