YANSE COS (Yanse Cosmetics) develops private-label bangs oil-blotting sheets: dry hair blotting papers and pocket bangs and hairline wipes that lift sebum from the fringe without washing. They are made in the company's own Fujian plant, where blotting paper has been the core category since 2006. “Hair Blotting Paper” and “Hair Care Paper” are named in its Bureau Veritas ISO 22716 / US FDA Cosmetic GMP scope. MOQ and price are quoted per project; evaluation samples are free and the buyer pays courier.
Two products share the name “bangs oil blotting”
Buyers use “bangs blotting sheets”, “fringe oil blotting paper”, “hair blotting paper” and “bangs wipes” for two different products. Decide which one you are launching before asking for quotes; otherwise suppliers quote different things and prices cannot be compared.

Why source from a blotting-paper specialist
A dry bangs sheet is blotting paper cut and packed for hair. It needs the same paper choices as a facial sheet: absorbency, softness, low linting and a pack that keeps sheets flat. YANSE COS has run blotting paper as its core category since 2006 and makes the paper substrate in-house. The Bureau Veritas ISO 22716 and US FDA Cosmetic GMP certificates (CNSH25778319, holder Fujian Yanse Cosmetics Co., Ltd., printed expiry 2028-05-29) list “Hair Blotting Paper” and “Hair Care Paper” in scope.

Commercial terms
- MOQ, unit price, lead time: MOQ, unit price and lead time are quoted for each project (no public price list).
- Samples: Evaluation samples are free; the buyer pays courier costs. Sample availability and dispatch timing are confirmed for each request.
- Quotation: Quotation reply within 24 hours.
- IP: An NNN agreement (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention) is signed before artwork or formulas are shared.
Market and claim notes
- Keep wording cosmetic: “absorbs excess oil”, “refreshes the look of bangs”. Do not make scalp-treatment or medical claims.
- For powder-coated sheets or wipes with a formula, prepare the INCI list and the responsible-person file for the EU (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009), and product listing for the US (MoCRA).
- A factory certificate does not certify an individual finished product. Match the holder and scope to your SKU.
