Can you formulate serums for post-acne marks?
Yes. We formulate azelaic, niacinamide, tranexamic-acid and PDRN serums and ampoules in-house, targeting post-acne marks and barrier recovery, in dropper bottles, airless pumps or freeze-dried formats.
What is the difference between PIE and PIH, and which products target each?
PIE (post-inflammatory erythema) is red, vascular marks that fade with soothing, barrier-repair and niacinamide; PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) is brown pigment that fades with azelaic acid, tranexamic acid, niacinamide and retinoids. We can build a routine of pads, serums and masks for either.
Do you make chitosan soothing masks, and on what substrates?
Yes. We make chitosan-fibre sheet masks dosed with niacinamide, ceramide and centella, plus cotton, bio-cellulose and hydrogel substrates — all customisable to your formula.
Can I claim my product 'fades acne scars'?
Claims are market-specific: the EU forbids medicinal claims, so wording stays cosmetic ('helps reduce the appearance of marks'). Our regulations guide covers compliant claims by market.
