Can you make salicylic-acid or azelaic-acid treatment pads to my formula?
Discuss the exact INCI, use level and pH for the selected treatment pad. Free azelaic acid and potassium azeloyl diglycinate (PAD) are different ingredients. Formula feasibility, pad substrate, liquid fill and packaging are confirmed for the project.
What pad substrates and formats can you offer?
Discuss cotton or nonwoven substrate, texture, pad dimensions and jar or sachet packaging. Jar MOQ is 3,000 per standard SKU and 5,000 for custom specifications; pads per jar and liquid fill are customized. Other pack formats are quoted separately.
Do you make both peel-off and hydrocolloid nose and pore strips?
Discuss peel-off strips, hydrocolloid nose patches and multi-step kits as separate routes. Specify construction, component responsibilities, shape, instructions and retail packaging, then approve samples and applicable evidence.
